Pristine Design Homes & its personnel accepts no liability or responsibility of any loss or damage suffered by the client arising out of, or in connection with, the use or misuse of the design material or information provided.
It is the client’s responsibility to verify the correctness & completeness of any work or documentation provided by Pristine Design Homes.
Do not scale off drawings. Any measurements taken from the information, which is not dimensioned, on the electronic copy are at the risk of the recipient.
Pristine Design Homes & its personnel, accepts no liability or responsibility on how long any of the design aspects may take toward competition.
Pristine Design Homes reserves the right to take professional photos of the design upon construction completion.
Pristine Design Homes requests appropriate recognition at any advertising material covering designs of Pristine Design Homes
Pristine Design Homes reserves the right to take progress photos of the design throughout the construction phase.
Pristine Design Homes reserves the right of banner use at the construction site for the recognition of the design.
Throughout the design or construction period any opinions given by any of Pristine Design Homes personnel are just their Personal Opinions & must be treated as such. It is the client’s discretion to follow any opinions provided at their own RISK. Pristine Design Homes & its personnel, accept no liability or responsibility for the accuracy of any information or opinions provided. Personal opinions that may come in form of, for example, cost estimates, ideas, strategies, etc. should never be used by the client without first assessing their own personal & financial situation, or without consulting appropriate professional bodies.
